BH3 is a molecule made up of boron (B) and hydrogen (H) atoms. Its Lewis structure shows three single bonds between boron and hydrogen atoms, with a lone pair of electrons on the boron atom. The structure resembles a flat triangle with the boron atom at the center and the three hydrogen atoms pointing outwards. BH3 is commonly known as borane, and can form a variety of chemical compounds with different properties. It is used in the synthesis of various organic molecules, as well as in the semiconductor industry for doping silicon.
